Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clients will be fully aware that treatments are done for cosmetic concerns and are carried out on their expressed desire to do so.
They will understand that whilst results desired and expected have been discussed, outcomes vary between individuals and no guarantee can be given to the results achieved.
Based on these acknowledgements, no refund will be given for treatments already recieved, regardless of treatment outcome, even in the event of an adverse reaction.
In the case of treatment cancellation during a block booking, no refunds will be given for the sessions already had. These sessions will then be charged at the full single session rate, and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late for the appointment, the appointment will be forfeited and a new appointment will need to be made. The client is expected to contact 2B Aesthetic and inform them of this delay. 2B Aesthetic understands that unforseen circumstances may arise and may make exceptions to this rule if time allows.
There will be no charge to the client for rescheduling appointments, and no discounts given by 2B Aesthetic for rescheduling appointments.
Patch tests are required to be paid in full prior to any treatment and are non-refundable, even if the client decides not to go ahead with the treatment, or cannot go ahead with the treatment due to a positive patch test.
Patch tests are also required per treatment. For example, the client will need another patch test for tattoo removal or E-light treatment, even if they have had one for hair removal. These will be charged separately at the full price of £20, and deducted from the 1st treatment session. As above, they are also non-refundable in the case of no treatment.
